Lung Cancer Diagnosis Overview

Lung Cancer Diagnosis

Lung cancer is diagnosed using a variety of imaging methods, such as chest X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT scan), and positron emission tomography (PET scan). While these tests can suggest the possibility of cancer, a biopsy of suspicious tissue is needed to make a definitive diagnosis.
