What is the most important information I should know about Zofran ODT (Oral)?
You should not use ondansetron if you are allergic to it or similar medicines (dolasetron, granisetron, palonosetron).
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ondansetron is not approved for use by anyone younger than 4 years old.
Some drugs should not be used with ondansetron. Your treatment plan may change if you also use apomorphine.
