Brain cancer involves malignant brain tumors that either start in the brain, including gliomas and medulloblastoma, or start elsewhere and spread to the brain. Symptoms may include headaches, seizures, and problems with speech, vision, balance, and memory. You may need brain surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or other treatments.
