Bladder Cancer

Bladder cancer occurs when cells grow uncontrollably in the bladder’s lining or muscular wall. Almost all bladder cancers are a type called urothelial carcinoma.

Surgery is the treatment for most bladder cancers. Depending on the cancer’s stage and grade, it may also involve radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy.
