Mental health and online therapy
About
Savannah Bacon is a writer, editor, and mental health advocate living in Atlanta. She received a bachelor's degree from Emory University.
She grew up in South Carolina, during a time when you didn’t talk about mental illness (or were told it wasn’t real). As an adult, she has dedicated her career to helping others understand their bodies and minds, and has always been a proponent for the healing power of therapy (and also chocolate). She writes about mental health and how to get help through online therapy.
Off the internet, she can probably be found swimming in natural waters, reading about nature, or treating her dog like a baby.
