Patty Hodapp is Everyday Health's senior editor for complementary and integrative medicine. She is a nationally renowned journalist reporting from the intersection of wellness and fitness, and has over 15 years of experience covering all aspects of healthy living and outdoor adventure, as well as crafting intelligent content for passionate readers. She has contributed to Yoga Journal, Outside magazine, Travel Channel, Men's Journal, and VICE, among other publications.
Patty is based in Taos, New Mexico, and when she's not fly fishing, snowboarding, or trail running, you can find her on a yoga mat or testing out new holistic therapies.
